Yes. Our agents enjoy the freedom and flexibility of customizing their own pricing structure around the services that they provide. We don’t dictate the amounts or rates that are charged beyond our fee and instead empower agents with the utmost in negotiation autonomy.

Absolutely not. There are no mandatory administrative fees at all. Unlike some “so-called” 100% commission real estate brokers that obscure their fees, we choose to be 100% transparent.

We are an “agent obsessed” company originally founded in September 2021 as an alternative to the traditional broker model and with a mission to build the best 100% commission real estate brokerage in the industry.

We carry memberships with multiple REALTOR® associations. For MLS, we use Realcomp as well as FlexMLS. As we continue to add more real estate agents that join our 100% commission brokerage and operate outside of the Metro Detroit region, our plan is to expand our board affiliations to better support those agents. Please reach out with any association or MLS specific questions. We are eager to help in any way we can.

Yes. Wholesaling, business opportunity sales, and property management are activities that are prohibited. Also, broker approval must be obtained prior to transacting in properties above one million dollars or involving commercial real estate.

Reboot Realty™ is best suited for experienced full-time or part-time agents actively engaged in real estate and closing at least 2 residential sales per year.
