Yes. There is no broker split. Pay just $100/month and a transaction fee as low as $300 or 0.1% of the sale price. That’s it. Every dollar beyond the transaction fee is yours. For example, on a $300,000 deal or below, our transaction fee is only $300.

Yes. Our agents enjoy the freedom and flexibility of customizing their pricing structure around the services that they provide. We don’t dictate the amounts or rates that are charged beyond our fee and instead empower agents with the utmost in negotiation autonomy.

Absolutely not. There are no separate client fees at all. Unlike some “so-called” 100% commission real estate brokers that obscure their fees, we choose to be 100% transparent.
