Yes. All you pay is a flat $100 per month. That’s it. The commission is never split with the brokerage. Instead, we deduct a low transaction fee, starting at $300 or 0.1% of the sale price. For example, on a $300,000 deal or below, our transaction fee is only $300.

Yes. You set your own prices. We don’t dictate the compensation that is charged beyond our fee, allowing total negotiation autonomy.

Absolutely not. There are no separate mandatory client fees. Unlike some “so-called” 100% commission real estate brokers that obscure their true costs, we are 100% transparent.
